A new "Birthday Pikachu" card has been distributed by Pokemon Retailers in Japan. This card is similar to those card that has been distributed previously. The card is for the costumer who have birthday and it is just only available for a week. You cannot get this card easily because it needs document. This requires 'lincense', 'insurance' and 'passport' as proof that you are celebrating your birthday. This means that it requires more document in order to get this card.
